About Our Table Lights We use a pliable wire or welded steel to sculpt our lamp armatures. Sometimes, we incorporate beach rock or other found objects within the wire work. Then, we affix natural fiber papers to the frame. We complete each piece with a flame retardant and protective finish to ensure safety and durability. Our lamp bases are either ceramic or wood. We handbuild and raku-fire our ceramic bases, and we shape the wood bases from fine hardwoods.
