About Our Hanging Shades We sculpt our hanging lamp shades by bending wire or heating steel. Then, we cover the armature with natural fiber papers. We complete each piece with several finish coats so that it is flame-safe and durable. Our hanging shades are designed to work with standard handing lamp shade cord sets.
